Monica Still Standing Out March 23

While R&B singer Monica is striving to make a comeback this year with her sixth studio album Still Standing, she has enlisted Missy Elliot as having a major role on the album.

"Missy is big on my album. She's been big on the last three, I think I realized that she and I had this chemistry when she called me and told me to fly to Miami tonight for a real good reason. And when I walked in the studio, she was playing So Gone. She doesn't even tell me anything, she just knows."

Monica also revealed that Missy Elliot is hard at work on her upcoming project Block Party which she describes as "crazy."

"She's working really hard on it; she's got some crazy music on there, some stuff I was trying to steal for my record. I got a couple of things that she let me take, but she's working really hard on her album."

Everything To Me is the first official single from Still Standing and the video is designed to be more than a music video but rather a movie where Monica fights to protect her man, which is played by wide receiver Chad "Ocho Cinco" Johnson of the Cincinnati Bengals, from a stalker.

Still Standing will be released later next month on March 23.
